As our drivers often work independently when delivering product, it is of importance to safeguard all aspects of the delivery process.
This can be accomplished by ensuring all delivery personnel is trained in the safe operation of equipment and delivery procedures. Drivers should also know emergency procedures and be provided with a list of emergency phone contact information. All drivers should also receive training in handling hazardous materials.
This policy, along with other standards, laws, and regulations, provide the foundation for success and add value to employees, customers, and the communities we serve.
The most critical asset in the truck is our driver. This is why we make sure that, along with training, our drivers sleep and eat well.
They are always up to date on road and weather conditions, traffic and state regulations.
